At Delta Children, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original container.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
